- To support and promote effective mental health and wellbeing provision across the Trust.
- To support the Trust and academies to provide a working and learning environment whereby individual and organisational wellbeing is embedded in everything that we do.
- To support the workforce which is happy, healthy, resilient and productive, to thrive personally and professionally.
- To support children to flourish and improve their life chances.
- Training and CPD provides Wellbeing Leads with the knowledge, skills and confidence to support mental health and wellbeing
- To provide a network of support and supervision for wellbeing leads
- To reflect, discuss and share best practice to cascade across the Trust and improve the effectiveness of wellbeing strategies across the Trust
- To develop Mental Health and Wellbeing policies and progress the Mental Health and Wellbeing strategy
