Located in the centre of Huntington village and built on a former Colliery site Littleton Green Community School is proud of its heritage and of its strong links to its community. The Executive Principal, Lynn Small was born in the local area and has been teaching at Littleton Green, previously Huntington Primary, since January 2000. She has been the Executive Headteacher since 2006.
Lynn has extensive experience in Primary settings having worked in a number of schools; she has taught in every primary year group. Lynn sees her primary role as providing strategic direction and vision so that all children can achieve their potential.
Littleton prides itself on its PURPLE values; Proud, Unique, Reflective, Positive, Loving and Empowered. The values are demonstrated in every area of the school from pre-school to year 6 and the alternative provision that is also based on the school site.
