Staffordshire University Academies Trust was pleased to welcome leaders in the education sector across the West Midlands to the most recent CEO Learning Set, chaired by Dawn Heywood, CEO of Windsor Academy Trust, and hosted on the campus of our sponsor; Staffordshire University.
The day provided a focus on sustainable growth and school improvement, including collaborative working, sharing knowledge and practice and generating ideas, with key discussion surrounding the Confederation of School Trusts’ paper regarding school improvement at scale ‘The DNA of Trust Led School Improvement; a Conceptual Model.’
Guests were invited to visit to St Edwards CE Academy in Cheddleton, who provided insight into their inspirational educational environment, strategies for academy development and unlocking pupils’ full potential.
The learning set was a great opportunity to connect and work in collaboration with educational professionals with the view to enhancing the approach of the sector to sustainability and improvement. Thank you to all who attended.
